About Luigi

I've been working as a Pastry Chef for 12 years, I don't really believe in titles and years of experience, it all depends on how much love you put into what you do and how much curiosity you have, this makes the difference. I worked in Italy for many years where I also finished an academic course in professional pastry art and many courses of specialisation then I had some experiences abroad. Now I have been living here in London for 4 years. I believe that now is the right time to share what I know and also share my love for this job.

about the knowledge that he have to share I don't think there are many in the Industry, I spend some times with him and he change completely my mind about the bakery world and dessert.
