About Amandine
From a fitness background, yoga has been like a revelation for me three years ago. Indeed, for the first time I found an holistic practice, matching body and mind together.
After attending a retreat and training in Australia, my passion was strengthened. Nowadays, I am happy to be able to accompany my students in this amazing journey.

Through the sequence of well selected poses, you will develop your muscles, improve your coordination, your balance, your flexibility and your posture, bringing mental and physical wellbeing to your daily routine.
Besides, all the poses are on rhythm with a specific breathing, which allows you to concentrate and let go of mental and physical stress.
Each session ends by a relaxation time.
I take time from the first session to get to know you better, in order to adapt the practice as much as I can with your personality, needs, lifestyle, internal motivators, schedule, to offer an enjoyable practice, and allow yourself to keep motivation in the long run.

Expérience extra . J'aime son style, son savoir faire et savoir être. Sa voix douce et rassurante me transporte à chaque séance vers une émotion rassurante et apaisante. .
