About Samantha

With over 20 years of professional experience, including around 10 years in senior leadership, I have spent much of my career supporting, developing and mentoring people through different stages of their professional journey.

I became a certified coach in December 2025, building on many years of informal coaching and mentoring experience. My professional background has given me a practical understanding of the challenges people face at work — from navigating career decisions and transitions to building confidence and finding their voice.

I believe good coaching starts with listening. I offer a supportive, confidential and judgment-free space where you can be open, think things through and explore what you really want.

I don't believe in having all the answers. I believe in helping people discover theirs — while drawing on my experience when practical perspective or mentoring can add value.

Whether you're at a crossroads, feeling stuck, or simply want to grow with greater confidence and clarity, I'd be happy to support you on that journey.

About the lesson

I offer personalized coaching and mentoring for professionals who want greater clarity, confidence and direction in their careers and personal lives.

My approach is practical, supportive and non-judgmental. Rather than telling you what you should do, I create a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, challenges and goals, ask meaningful questions, challenge limiting beliefs, and identify practical steps that feel right for you.

Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and may focus on career decisions, career transitions, confidence and self-doubt, personal development, workplace challenges, goal setting, or simply finding clarity when you feel stuck or uncertain about your next step.

My aim is not to give you all the answers, but to help you find your own clarity, build confidence and move forward with greater purpose.

Coaching is for anyone who is ready to reflect, grow and make meaningful changes — whether you are at a crossroads, considering a new direction, or simply want to become more confident in yourself and your choices.
