About Ari
I am a trained coach with over 20 years of experience in leadership, developing work communities, and supporting people through change. During my career, I have seen firsthand how important clear goals, self-management, and effective routines are for success and well-being.
My expertise is not limited to the challenges of working life, but I coach holistically – regardless of life situation. I want to teach these things because I know that practical methods can quickly change everyday life, both in studies, work and personal life. My strength is the ability to combine professional skills and a human approach so that the student gets concrete results and feels like they are learning something that really works.

My courses are based on practical work, combining discussion, exercises and clear tools. I use coaching methods where we set goals together and break them down into concrete steps. A typical course starts with a survey of the current situation, after which we move on to practical exercises – for example, tasks related to time management, decision-making or strengthening motivation.
My special feature is my ability to adapt the coaching to the needs of each participant: I guide both gently and firmly and always provide clear tools for everyday use. The courses are suitable for adults and young people who want to clarify their own direction, strengthen their ability to function and learn to manage their lives better – whether it is about studying, working life or personal goals.
