About Adarsh

I am a fitness trainer and an athlete (gold medalist in 400 m). I have done my graduation in Bachelor Of Physical Science (BPES). I started my back in 2015 when I was in school. I really enjoy staying fit by consuming organic food and workouts. I really enjoy my sessions with my students in offline as well as online mode. I have trained more than 50 students online + offline as a personal trainer. I welcome you to join me to meet your future self.

  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    I am a Personal Fitness Trainer dedicated to helping people improve their health, build strength, and achieve their fitness goals. My interest in fitness began at a young age when I started training myself and experienced the positive impact that exercise and discipline can have on both physical and mental well-being. As my passion for fitness grew, I decided to turn it into a profession so I could help others transform their lives through proper training, motivation, and healthy lifestyle habits.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    My biggest motivation is seeing people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. Fitness changed my own life, and I wanted to help others experience those same benefits. Every client has a unique journey, and being able to guide them toward their goals—whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, improved athletic performance, or better overall health—is what inspires me to continue teaching and coaching every day.
  • How does your work help society?

    As a personal fitness trainer, I help people adopt healthier lifestyles and improve their physical and mental well-being. Regular exercise can reduce health risks, improve confidence, and enhance quality of life. By educating clients about fitness, nutrition, and consistency, I help create healthier individuals who can lead more productive and fulfilling lives, ultimately contributing to a healthier society.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    One of my role models is Arnold Schwarzenegger. I admire his dedication, discipline, and commitment to inspiring people around the world to pursue fitness and personal growth. His journey demonstrates that with hard work, consistency, and determination, extraordinary results are possible. These are values I try to pass on to my clients every day.
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    Outside of training clients, I enjoy working out, learning about fitness and nutrition, exploring new training techniques, and staying updated with the latest developments in health and exercise science. I also enjoy outdoor activities, spending time with family and friends, and focusing on personal growth. Fitness is not just my profession—it's a lifestyle that I genuinely enjoy.
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    One of the most rewarding experiences in my career was helping a client who had struggled with weight management and self-confidence for years. When we started, they were unsure if they could stick to a fitness routine. Through consistent training, proper guidance, and gradual lifestyle changes, they not only achieved significant physical results but also gained confidence and a much more positive outlook on life. Seeing their transformation reminded me that fitness is about much more than appearance—it's about helping people become the best version of themselves.
