About Brendan
I am a professional movement and wellness teacher with 15+ years of experience in yoga, tai chi, martial arts, and meditation. I am also an avid musician and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu student.
I take a mindful approach to teaching, and I believe that slowing down is the best way to truly learn and absorb each individual technique, movement, or posture.
With a certification in Oxygen Advantage breathing method and experience in various other breathwork modalities, I am able to offer deeper insight and help developing my clients' innate breathing patterns. This adds depth to any physical activity in addition to enhancing sleep quality, mindfulness and stress management.
