My name is Victoria Charles, I currently reside in South Africa. I have matriculated from Saint Thomas Senior Secondary School with a bachelors pass.I am a certified TEFL teacher that has passed with a distinction. My approach to teaching would be to develope lessons by building them around educational standards. I would not teach by only testing in mind,my lesson plans would consist of more information than what they would need to know for the standarized tests.By giving regular assessments it would give me a better understanding of how well my students know and understand the material.I do believe that eduactors should be able to alter their teaching styles so that everyone of their students can learn effectively.
