Certified Yoga Instructor with advanced training in yoga and specialization in Ashtanga principles. With 8 years of experience, I have successfully completed 1000+ hours of training individuals. Determined to improve wellness and health, and create better fitness goals among people.

About the lesson

My teaching method involves customizing programs for students of all body types and fitness levels. Before every class, I take a brief introduction of the client, which includes their age, gender, any medical injury, and teach accordingly. (For all skill levels: beginning to advanced.)

Perfect! I've been doing yoga with Kush for a long time and he has really helped improve my overall health and wellbeing.

His classes are fully customised to an individual's body, ability and goals. Furthermore, he adapts each session as per how the student is feeling on a physical, mental and emotional level. His knowledge is rare to find and his intuitiveness makes each class even more effective.

My experience has been exceptional. If you are considering yoga, I would recommend Kush. You certainly won't be disappointed!
