About Daniell
I am Daniell Thomassen. I wanted to be a chef from the age of 8 and I achieved chef of the year in my cityWellington NZ at the age of 28. I moved to London 2014 and was hired by the Zuma, Roka restaurant franchise as a sous chef to open their newest addition Roka Aldwych
