About Brenda
Currently I work as a Chemist in Washington State's Newborn Screening program. I perform multiple tests to help identify children with potentially harmful congenital health disorders.
My particular experience with tutoring was throughout high school. I helped both honors and non honors students with math, science, and some proofreading of english papers.
Many were able to pass their exams to get into community college and others graduated and have gone on to get their bachelor's degrees.

When helping students, I aim to help them understand the concepts they are struggling with. The professors that helped me the most in college did so by posing me with questions that guided me to find the answer on my own. I gained confidence in my own capabilites and a deeper understanding of the subjects. I hope to be the guide that students need to gain confidence and true understanding.
