About Nicole
I moved to the UK from Malta and have since graduated from the University of York's MSc in Green Chemistry and Sustainable Industrial Technology programme. I have previously worked with students of a young age, volunteering to help teach children to read and also working as a summer club teaching assistant in a performing arts school.

My teaching method would depend on the student but overall I place a lot of importance on active recall and spaced repetition in the form of exercises such as information dumps and practice questions. Chemistry is made a much harder subject when the 'learn by heart' approach is taken rather than trying to understand and think logically.
