About Sophia
My interest in chemistry began with curiosity about how substances interact and transform in different conditions. This led me to complete a PhD in Chemistry, where I developed deep knowledge and strong analytical skills. Over the past 11 years, I have helped students understand chemistry in a simple and structured way that builds confidence and strong academic performance.
I believe chemistry should be taught with clarity and practical connection. My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex ideas into smaller steps and using real-life examples to explain them clearly. I encourage students to ask questions, practice regularly, and develop strong conceptual understanding.
Outside teaching, I stay updated with new research and applications in chemistry. This helps me bring relevant ideas into my lessons. Teaching chemistry is very meaningful to me because I see students grow from confusion to confidence. Helping them develop strong concepts, problem-solving skills, and independent thinking is one of the most rewarding parts of my teaching journey.

As students progress, lessons are adjusted based on their level and understanding. Beginners focus on basic concepts and simple reactions. Intermediate learners work on equations, calculations, and concept connections. Advanced students focus on reaction mechanisms, complex problem solving, and exam preparation strategies. I provide regular practice, revision, and feedback to ensure steady improvement and strong conceptual clarity.
