I’m a Chemistry tutor with over 4 years of teaching experience and a Master’s degree in Inorganic Chemistry. My passion lies in the fascinating field of food preservation and food analysis. I love exploring how chemical processes affect the quality, safety, and longevity of the food we eat.
I study how foods spoil, the role of antioxidants, and how emulsifiers influence texture and stability. I also dive into the chemistry behind preservation techniques like canning, drying, and fermentation. Each method tells a unique chemical story, and I enjoy helping students understand it in simple, practical ways.
In my lessons, I guide learners to connect theory with real-life applications. We examine how chemical reactions influence flavor, shelf-life, and nutrition. I focus on helping students understand food safety and quality from a chemical perspective.
