I’m a Chemistry tutor with over 4 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Inorganic Chemistry. My passion lies in the fascinating world of food preservation and analysis. That curiosity has fueled my deep dive into antioxidants, emulsifiers, and the science behind canning, drying, and fermentation.
