About Anca
Polyvalent experience as a manager in medium-sized structures in the private and non-profit sector, I followed my passion for people and their sensitivity by completing my coaching training in 2018. Since then I support my clients in their choices, I encourage them, I motivate them, I restore their confidence in an experience of exchange that is always enriching.

I coach following the requirements imposed by my International Federation of Coaching ICF membership and training, which is defined by an ethic without exception and support for the coachee in an open, curious, flexible, and client-centered state of mind. Particularly interested in helping adolescents, being myself a mother of two young boys-to-men - but also people who are confronted with the process of changing careers ... or simply the process of change. Support is provided over a mutually-established limited period, takes place as one-hour sessions, online via Zoom / Skype / Microsoft Teams. The goal of coaching is coachee awareness, growth, and action towards her/his goals. The coach in my vision is benevolent support and a revealer of the coachee's potential.
