About Jen
I am an ex-English professor in the Boston area with a Ph.D in English and 20 years of experience teaching college English, essay writing, and literature of all kinds. I left full-time academic work during the pandemic but am still passionate about coaching high school and college/university students to become confident, effective readers, writers, and analyzers of literature. If you are seeking to raise your grades in English or related subjects, need help understanding how to read and write about literature, craft essays, or need professional editing and feedback, those are my specialties!
