I customize lessons to each individual student. I discover what math concepts and rules that the student doesn’t understand, and then I explain these rules and concepts. We will work through problems together. I will also have the student do problems on their own. Math skills build on top of one another. Any gap in knowledge will have an adverse impact on subsequent math skills. It is important to identify any knowledge gaps and fill them in.
