About Alan
I have been teaching in a college environment for over a year but have been teaching my chefs for over 10 years. I have taught over 30 students and all passed their courses to a high standard.
I had the honour of coaching and mentoring a student for a national Worldskills competition who placed 2nd and has been selected for the UK culinary team to represent Great Britain in Russia on an international level.

Im a chef with over 10 years experience currently teaching at college level to City & Guilds standards.
I have a modern approach to catering and culinary arts and frequently use molecular gastronomy in my lessons.
During these lessons we can cover a variety of preparation, cooking and plating methods to NVQ 1, 2 & 3 standards
