About Jelaiyah
I am a dedicated and patient English tutor who genuinely cares about helping students succeed. As a recent high school graduate with experience in AP Literature and AP Language, I understand the challenges students face with essays, reading, grammar, and understanding assignments. I take a supportive, personalized approach and always encourage students to ask questions and learn at their own pace. My goal is to create a comfortable learning environment where every student feels respected, confident, and capable of improving their skills.

I understand what it feels like to struggle with school without having someone there to help. When I was in elementary and middle school, I often had to teach myself and figure things out on my own. That experience made me determined to help other students have the support I wish I had. With my AP Literature and AP Language experience and continued education in college, I want to provide patient, personalized guidance that helps students improve their English skills, understand their assignments, and build confidence in themselves.
