About Matthew Patrick
I am a very focused and analytical individual. I aspire to become a computational physicist with my education. While learning and work, in general, are very big parts of my life, I have many interests outside of this. I love staying active, traveling (road trips in particular), and relaxing on the couch with a movie on. Also, my favorite state is Arizona because people think of it as just the desert but the truth is that AZ has some of the best biodiversity in the world.

I tend to follow a practice-based teaching method that works on reinforcing material after a brief introduction to some new or difficult concept. The typical structure for a tutoring session would be to talk about the most unfamiliar ideas at the beginning and work on a lesson plan from there. Unlike other tutors, I provide a very comfortable environment to make learning as optimized as possible. I can tutor up to high school and some college classes, as well as elementary students.
