I am a college freshman looking to make English less scary and easier to understand. I have always been above my reading level and have a very good understanding of reading, writing, and language arts. When I took the ACT last year, I scored 34 points out of a possible 36 on the reading section.

My teaching method is to first assess how my student feels about English, and depending on their comfort level with the subject, ease them into the lesson for that day. I strive to make my students feel comfortable not only learning about how to read and write, but also approaching me for help. In my book, there are no stupid questions!
