Based on comprehensive assessments, we co-create a tailored IEP featuring specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. Crucially, I ensure these goals integrate seamlessly with the existing school curriculum. This involves modifying content delivery (using visual supports, AAC, multi-sensory materials), scaffolding instruction, adapting assignments, incorporating assistive technology, and differentiating activities within classroom lessons. Regular progress monitoring and flexible adjustments ensure the IEP remains effective, enabling meaningful participation and achievement within the standard educational framework.
