About Olivia
I am passionate Yoga Teacher and Kundalini Dance facilitator. I have practiced Yoga for 7 years and have danced most of my life. I completed my yoga teacher training at Kundalini Tantra Yoga UK in England. I have just returned to Sydney from a 3 month journey where I deepened my practice in various healing modalities and am now facilitating spaces for self alchemy (self healing).

My teaching method is very gentle, approachable and adaptable. I approach each session by first understanding what it is that you need in your life and facilitate space for you to expand into this. I base my classes on the basic Asanas (Yoga postures) and integrate various other philosophies and techniques e.g. Kundalini Tantric, breath work, Reiki to energetically activate and heal.
