Methodology
In our center for school students up to 15 years old students teaching basic and advanced asanas based on competition. Above 15 years old students teaching yoga ,natropathy and patti vaithiyam( Grand ma's treatment). For patients also special yoga and natropathy treatment available.
Background
I am state level and inter state level Gold medalist in yoga, Now I have separate yoga center. I have experience on teaching yoga for school students.
