About Ethan
I am a Computer Science Major at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a Cary Academy graduate. I started tutoring 6 years ago. My senior year of high school I coordinated the peer-tutoring program for National Honors Society at Cary Academy. I volunteered with the Special Needs Population at my church for the past five years. I am proficient in Java, Python, and SQL. I have completed math classes through Calculus IV and Calculus-based Statistics.

My approach is to work patiently with the learner to help them to understand their best learning styles and what areas seem to challenge them. In mathematics, repetition is key, but making learning fun is essential. In Computer Science, algorithms are the key to solving problems.
