I am a very patient person and have an understanding of the difficulties one might face during the school year. I have experience working with students who don't believe that school is for them and need help getting by. My lesson plan would include going back to the beginning of the topic and building up skills and understanding from there instead of trying to immediately explain a new topic relevant to what coursework the student might have.
