About Annabelle
I teach Kundalini since 2011. I've taught in different countries including Canada, Italy and Mexico. I've taught both private sessions and group settings.
I am also a Reiki Therapist (level III) since 2010, in the aforementioned countries. Long distance treatments are also available.
Since 2017 I teach Yin yoga, hatha and restorative yoga.

My name is Annabelle and I am a Yoga Teacher, during practice we'll work with breathing techniques, postures, meditation, mudras (hand postures) and mantras or affirmations. Classes are customized to your needs.
Different yoga styles are offered: Kundalin, Hatha, Yin yoga, Restorative and Yoga nidra, which is the practice of soft, guided meditation to promote stress relief, a deeper connection to yourself and to induce deep relaxation.

He tomado varios clases con Annabelle como maestra: yoga kundalini, yoga de la risa, y una clase privada de meditación. Siempre es profesional, puntual, y da muy buen instrucción. Es una maestra muy bien calificada y yo la recomiendo mucho!
