About Frankie
Hello! I am Frankie rose. I love learning and always have , but haven’t always enjoyed school and conventional ways of learning. I think that approaching topics/weaknesses with a tailored fit to each student introduces new pathways to learn , and making it enjoyable all the while. Such rigid plans are hard to achieve when all students differ , so paying attention to differing personalities , strengths /weaknesses, and methods allows me to accommodate all ranges of students.

personalisation is key. Work out what each students weaknesses are whilst simultaneously praising them for any strengths and improvements. Allow for work to focus on the weaknesses of each student and allow them a relaxed yet motivating space to want to learn what they are struggling with. Taking the pressure off sometimes in a creative way is all what’s needed!
