About Silke

I am a mentor in creative problem-solving with extensive international professional experience, having worked in more than 20 companies in a variety of roles.

I help you look at challenging situations from a different perspective. I ask focused questions and help you recognise connections that may not have been apparent before. This opens up new perspectives and helps you find solutions tailored to your specific situation.

Whether the issue concerns your professional life, your own business or your personal relationships, the aim is not to offer generic advice. It is to understand the underlying causes and identify practical ways forward.

My international background and professional experience across different companies and roles give me a broad perspective on complex situations. My experience in communication and intercultural collaboration further strengthens this approach.

Individual sessions take place online via Zoom, in English, German, Spanish or Dutch.

About the lesson

I help people find new perspectives on difficult situations, resolve conflicts and develop individual solutions.

When conversations go round in circles, conflicts remain unresolved or previous attempts have made no difference, a different perspective can open up new possibilities. Through focused questions, I help you recognise underlying patterns, understand the causes and identify practical ways forward.

Whether you are dealing with workplace conflicts, challenges in your own business, difficult conversations or relationship problems, we work towards solutions tailored to your situation.

My international experience across more than 20 companies, combined with my background in communication and intercultural collaboration, gives me a broad perspective on people, conflict and complex situations.

Individual sessions take place online via Zoom in English, German, Spanish or Dutch.

Details

Rescheduling or cancelling appointments is only possible if notice is given more than 24 hours before the originally scheduled appointment. I allow a maximum of two reschedulings or cancellations per package, provided they are communicated more than 24 hours before the original appointment time. Rescheduling or cancelling is not possible within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. In the event of a last-minute cancellation, the session will be forfeited and deducted from the remaining sessions in the package.
