About Simon
I am an experienced primary headteacher at a small school in the West Midlands. Under my successful leadership, the school has been transformed from the lowest performing school in the multi-academy trust to the highest performing within 3 years. I am passionate about unlocking the potential in children and provide 1:1 coaching to improve teaching in my school in order to enable this to happen. I have always wanted to be a teacher, beginning my journey as a Teaching Assistant over a decade ago and am as passionate about teaching and learning as I was when I first began my career.

My approach to lessons is to ensure they are bespoke to the needs of the pupil, adapting my teaching style to ensure maximum impact. The highest impact teaching and learning strategies will be used to reinforce learning with a view to securing this in long-term memory.
