About Ira
As a student, I too have struggled while studying even though I knew I could do it pretty well. The thing that made me struggle is the way of learning that existed around me. Once I realized that you don't have to stick to the stereotyped norms of studying, rather there are a lot of other ways to learn and grow, it couldn't have been any easier. That is what I want to grow in students through my teaching. Not bound them but help them learn in a way they're open with.

Firstly, I like to understand the curriculum of the schools and then proceed with a structure based on that. Further, I prefer students opening up on their way of studying, the one they're comfortable with, rather than imposing a stereotypical way on them.
