About Esme
I am a dedicated drum tutor with 17 years of teaching experience, working with students from beginner to advanced levels. During my teaching journey, I have successfully taught around 150 students and helped them build strong rhythm and coordination skills. My tutoring style is clear, patient, and well-structured.
I plan lessons based on each student’s level and goals. Lessons begin with basic drumming fundamentals such as timing and coordination, then progress toward advanced beats, fills, and musical understanding. One of my key strengths is my patient teaching method. I explain concepts clearly and guide students step by step.
I also focus on building correct practice habits so students can improve steadily and independently. I aim to create a friendly and motivating learning environment. My goal is to help students enjoy drumming while developing strong technical and musical foundations.
