My role involves working with patients suffering from various psycho-somatic ailments, providing tailored yogic practices to support their healing and well-being.I guided patients through asana(yoga postures) to enhance physical flexibility and strength, pranayama (breathing exercises) to improve respiratory function and reduce stress, and meditation techniques to foster mental clarity and emotional balance. Additionally, I employed various relaxation techniques to help patients manage anxiety and promote overall relaxation. This comprehensive approach not only addressed the physical aspects of health but also target mental and emotional dimensions.

Practicing with Jash is always a privilege. His vast knowledge in the therapeutical aspect of yoga. His guided meditation techniques, his experience and above all his personality. Jash is a happy person full of life and his teachings and practices point towards bringing this happiness to everyone by helping all his students realize the true nature of happiness. Having both Yoga Teacher certification and a bachelor degree in Yoga Therapy, I believe Jash is the best teacher for every yoga aspirant.
