I believe in teaching students as per their pace to learning thus stimulating their curious minds . I like teaching with the help of teaching aids, real life examples where they can easily connect themselves with and also keep them engrossed in the class . Students are free to ask questions, explain their thoughts, share examples/experiences . For me learning should be a happy experience so I believe in making it one.
