About Emily
I have 750+ hours of yoga teacher training. I studied Vinyasa yoga on Vancouver Island and Traditional and Therapeutic Hatha in Mysore, India. My own daily practice means I've got a lot of experience with integrating yogic practices into daily life for health and peace of mind! Simply put, I love yoga! It is a beautiful art and I have full faith in its restorative, health-giving abilities because I've experienced them in my own life.

I offer a compassionate, warm and judgement-free space. This session is for you, based on your needs and what you would like to accomplish. Lessons are about bringing your system into balance so you can feel your best. I offer sessions between 1-2 hours long.
I specialised in yoga for digestive health because it works brilliantly. I have studied the therapeutic application of yoga to the gut and the nervous system with renowned yoga therapists at Atma Vikasa School of Yogic Sciences in Mysore. I can also help you build strength and flexibility gently.
These lessons are for everyone - accessible to all ages and abilities. I have a passion for making yoga a feasible part of our everyday lives, so if you've been curious about developing a daily movement practice, don't hesitate to contact me.
My understanding of the body is complemented by studies in Somatic movement (specifically Body Mind Centring) and Herbal Medicine. Thanks to studying herbalism, I have a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology and I'm able to make herbal, dietary and lifestyle recommendations to supplement your yoga practice.
