About Kahinee
With 6 years of experience in teaching and professional work, I am an enthusiastic Piano tutor who believes in the transformative power of education. I teach Piano to school and college students, supporting them in their musical and personal growth.
Music has always been close to my heart. I chose teaching because I wanted to share that joy with others. Over the years, I have successfully prepared students for school competitions, college cultural programmes, and practical music exams. Watching them overcome stage fear and perform confidently has been a proud milestone in my journey.
My teaching style is structured yet flexible. I focus on building a strong base in music theory, scales, hand coordination, and rhythm accuracy. Once the foundation is strong, I guide students to explore different styles and improve their performance skills.
I believe that every student learns differently. That is why I personalise my lessons according to each student’s needs and goals. I also encourage creativity, allowing students to express themselves through music.
Beyond technical training, I help students develop patience, discipline, and self-confidence. Music education plays an important role in shaping character, and I feel honoured to contribute to that growth.
My goal is to inspire students to love learning, practise with dedication, and use music as a tool for lifelong growth.

My piano teaching approach follows Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity to ensure steady progress. I design lessons step by step, starting from basics and moving towards advanced techniques.
I motivate students by helping them see their growth. I set weekly targets and provide guidance on how to practise effectively at home. Positive reinforcement keeps them encouraged.
Communication plays a key role. I explain timing, dynamics, expression, and coordination in simple words. I encourage students to ask questions and share difficulties.
Integrity is shown through my preparation and dedication. I respect each student’s learning pace and give honest feedback to improve their skills.
Creativity is encouraged through playing by ear, chord building exercises, and exploring different genres like classical, pop, and light music.
Apart from piano, I can also teach music theory, beginner keyboard lessons, sight reading, and basic harmony. My aim is to develop independent learners who love music.
