About Sai Ujwala
I am from South India, a qualified finance person but have had a passion for cooking since childhood. As per me, we are in a busy world and we are forgetting our roots and so busy that we are unable to make our meals ourselves and are ordering outside without having any knowledge of what we are having. With this, we will not be illness-free but at least we should put our hands to try and make our lives healthier.
As per me, we are earning for our personal growth but we are forgetting health is more important in our growth.
