About Lynette
I am an Education Student studying FET Languages (Afrikaans and English) from Cape Town, South Africa. I have 5 years experience in tutoring various grades and subjects. I have helped learners with dyslexia achieve perfect spelling, learners with mathematics problem achieve an A, and helped learners gain much-needed confidence to go out into the world and make a difference. Many of my students went from being home-schooled to excelling in mainstream schools.

I enjoy approaching the work I teach through real-life experiences. I have realized that many children learn and comprehend faster when they can relate to it in real life. I also enjoy teaching various ages, as they all have a different way of thinking and different ways of approaching and solving problems. When you know how your student thinks, you will know how to teach them.
