About Sini
I am a passionate ESL tutor with 12 years of experience teaching High School and College students. I have taught around 150 to 200 students, helping them improve their English skills and reach their academic goals.
My teaching philosophy is simple: every student can succeed with guidance, practice, and encouragement. I focus on building grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills in a structured yet interactive way. I create lessons that are easy to follow and enjoyable, so students feel motivated to learn.
One of the most rewarding milestones in my career has been seeing students who once struggled gain confidence and communicate fluently. Many have improved their grades and actively participated in classroom discussions and presentations.
I adapt my teaching style to each student’s pace and learning style. My mission is not just to teach English, but to inspire students to believe in themselves and achieve their potential.

My ESL teaching methodology focuses on practical learning and real-world application. I use real-life examples and case studies such as workplace discussions, academic presentations, travel conversations, and daily interactions. This approach allows students to apply English naturally and confidently.
Motivation is key in my teaching. I encourage students to set achievable goals, practise regularly, and celebrate their progress.
When students face difficulties, I apply problem-solving strategies to simplify grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation concepts. I provide targeted exercises to improve speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. Integrity is central to my teaching practice, and I maintain honesty, professionalism, and respect in every class. Flexibility allows me to adapt lessons according to each student’s learning style and pace. In addition to ESL, I also teach spoken English, business communication, grammar, academic writing, and interview skills.
