About Reign
With 9 years of professional experience teaching ESL to high school and college students, I am passionate about helping learners gain the confidence and communication skills they need to excel. My teaching philosophy is centered on personalized learning, where every lesson is crafted with the student’s individual strengths, challenges, and long-term goals in mind. I firmly believe that language learning becomes most effective when it is personal, practical, and rooted in meaningful interaction.
In my sessions, I focus on building strong foundations in vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and fluency, while also paying close attention to academic writing and comprehension skills. Adaptability plays a major role in my teaching. ESL learners come with diverse backgrounds and expectations, so I shift my strategies to match their personal needs. Some benefit from structured grammar lessons, while others improve through open discussions, reading exercises, vocabulary-building activities, or pronunciation drills. I select materials and techniques that align with each student’s personality, goals, and learning pace.
