We will follow more of a friend to friend conversation rather than a teacher student. This would make you more comfortable. Learning English is all about your comfort level and not the method you teach about. We will make the learning fun and simple in the beginning and gradually move with perseverance.
Being an engineer, I have met through a lot of people across my life and face some difficulties in initial stages at building conversations with them. This would help me better at teaching you because a real teacher would teach through his failure experiences more than the practical ones.
