About Tim
I have over 30 years' experience in hands-on product design and project management covering electronics, embedded firmware, computer software and mechanical design for products including high-powered lasers, scientific instruments, marine propulsion systems and radio communications. I started doing electronic repairs at 12 years old after developing a fascination with all things electronic, particularly radio and magnetism which I still find magical to this day. I gained a 2.1 Bachelor of Engineering degree in electronics after Maths, Physics and Chemistry A-levels and still enjoy a career in engineering to this day whilst running my own product development business.
