About Robyn
I am an experienced English and History teacher. I have been teaching for approximately 20 years. I have taught in both primary schools and high/secondary schools. I have taught English as both a first language and second/foreign language. I have a TEFL diploma as well as a degree and Diploma in Education I strive to focus on the individual student's abilities and have experience in teaching students who struggle academically.

My teaching method is to ascertain what level the class are early in the lesson. Through eliciting answers and discussion I can ensure that I pitch my lesson at an appropriate level. I focus on drills randomly throughout my lesson to ensure that my students are keeping up. Actively marking and providing corrections is vital to identifying problematic areas of learning.
