I have been tutoring English literature for 8 years. I have tutored elementary, middle, high school, and college level English students. I have experience with ESL tutoring, reading comprehension, comparative literature, essay writing, and college preparation, as well as academic coaching at the university level.

I get to know my students, learning their strengths and weaknesses and devise a teaching plan based on their goals. I encourage my students to work their hardest but am understanding of challenges they may face. Every student is different, so I treat each case uniquely so as to best benefit the individual. My experiences tutoring English are broad, so I am happy to help in multifaceted ways and share all of my knowledge as well as my studying techniques, time management, and strategic planning.
