About Karolina

I have been learning English all my life, in additional courses, in private schools, then in master's studies, where English was the language of instruction. First, I defended my Master's Degree in Management and Marketing, specializing in Strategic Management, and worked as a marketing specialist in the banking, medical administration, heating installations industries, and all the time I additionally studied English. I was at the stage of the Cambridge certificate when my beloved mother gave me the idea that if I like learning English so much, is it not better to study English philology? I agreed without thinking ;-) The studies passed quickly ... I had no problems with learning ... of the 300 students who were in the first year, the bachelor's degree was defended by only 30 people! During my studies, I started working as an English teacher in a private school, and until 16:00 I worked as a marketing specialist, and after English I taught English. In the meantime I obtained the right to be a teacher - 1.5 year course - Pedagogical preparation and I fell in love with being a teacher and becoming more and more familiar with English. Then I finished post-graduate studies: Pre-school and early school education. In the near future I'm definitely going to psychology - this field will be helpful in motivating my students :-) I have been teaching English since 2009. As the number of students increased, I quit my job and devoted myself fully to working as an English language teacher. I can't imagine a day without my students and English. The English Is Easy Center that I created is my second home ;-) Why did I decide to run my own English school? After many years of experience as a student with various teachers, I wanted to create my own method of learning English, which would be primarily effective! I believe that only systematic work, combined with interesting and inspiring classes will allow you to succeed in learning English, which knowledge is now necessary ;-) I am not saying that it will be easy in my lessons, but it will be inspirational because I care that you understand and they loved me as this wonderful language and in this way you will see in a short time what great progress you have made :-) See you in my lessons :-)

About the lesson

The effectiveness of achieved results in learning a foreign language undoubtedly depends on its methodology. That is why I base language education at the English Is Easy Language and Education Center on a model that assumes broadly understood skills in communicating efficiently in a given language from the very first classes, regardless of their level of proficiency. The communicative method - Communicative Approach actively engages students: they work in groups or in pairs, lessons are conducted in the form of language games and games, which makes them interesting and effective. The most important thing is choosing the right communication exercises for the level of the students. The lessons are designed to provide students with the opportunity to actually use the language in a staged life situation. The CLIL - Content and Language Integrated Learning method applies to integrated subject and language education based on the simultaneous transfer of content in the field of subjects taught and elements of a foreign language. It is recommended by the European Commission. Important features of this method are: systematic group work, selection of exercises that take into account different types of student intelligence, learning through different sensory channels. Classes are primarily exercise, workshop, presenting films, music and images, which allows the practical use of theoretical knowledge. The student is focused on obtaining substantive information using his language skills. Discovery Learning Approach encourages students to adopt an active attitude in the learning process by independently seeking answers to questions posed or solving problems in order to discover and understand the rule or issue. In this concept, the teacher is a guide that guides students through the thought process. Students play the role of detectives who solve tasks and seek answers in a language-stimulated environment. The ICT Tools method is the use of modern technologies in teaching English.
