I achieved an A* at GCSE and an A at A-Level, before continuing my studies at The Unversity of Sheffield. I graduated last month with a 2:1 and have studied modules focussed on teaching English and have specialised in Sociolinguistics and Spoken Language.

After studying English Language from GCSE all the way up to a 2:1 degree at The University of Sheffield, I understand how difficult it can be to get your head around the subject! But I also know just how enjoyable and rewarding it can be too...
My lessons are focused on helping those studying English Language at GCSE or A-Level and I will focus on making subjects easier to understand and providing advice on work that is being produced.
Once you have told me what you want to focus on I will draw up a lesson plan that will explain the topic in a way that is easy to understand and will help clear up any complicated subjects you need help with.
If you have any work you want me to look over I will also be able to help and can read through your work and give you some practical advice on what you can do to take it to the next level.
I know that the subject can seem vast and scary, and therefore I will try and take you through it in a friendly and conversational manner, without all the tricky jargon and complicated texts.
