About Gianna
Gianna is a Colby College student studying English with a concentration in Creative Writing. Though her tutoring lessons will be in English, she has experience teaching English to Spanish-speaking students. Additionally, Gianna edited the published Colby Review. Gianna received a 5 on the AP Literature exam and excellent grades in all her English classes, in public school and at college.

Gianna's lessons focus on cultivating curiosity and questions to help her students become the best writers they can be. Gianna meets students where they are and finds ways to improve their writing, whether analytical, creative, or personal. Gianna can tutor from elementary through 12th grade. A typical lesson would vary based on a student's needs, but Gianna would guide them through the writing process as much or as little as they need.
