My teaching style of choice is the Hybrid style of learning, as it incorporates the stindents' preferences, diversity, backgrounds, personalities, and interests to address a topic of study. This is an effective teaching style as it meets the unique needs of Lo students and encourages them to indulge in active discussions. It is an inclusive/communicative approach. This teaching style has become more popular after the break of COVID-19 pandemic, as students are attending online classes, and cannot physically interact with eachother. However, I do vary my teaching style from time to time to ensure students progress in the classroom. I like to be dynamic as I find this keeps students:
• stimulated
• actively involved in class discussions
• makes learning more fun
• makes learners more organized & disciplined
• meets the needs of diverse students
• improves the academic performance
I am confident in this teaching style, and that it will allow my students to thrive in their language learning journey!
