About Rebecca
I am a dedicated educator, coach, psychologist, and SEN specialist with over 10 years’ experience helping students build confidence, improve organisation, and achieve positive academic outcomes. I specialise in executive function coaching for neurodivergent individuals, supporting them to develop effective routines, planning skills, emotional regulation strategies, motivation, and confidence.
Alongside coaching, I tutor Psychology at A-Level, combining clear academic teaching with coaching techniques that strengthen understanding, communication of knowledge, and exam performance.
My background spans primary, secondary and adult education, as well as 1-to-1 mentoring and IAG support for NEET and At-Risk young people. I have led Pre-NEET workshops, coordinated outreach programmes, and supervised staff, bringing a calm, structured and supportive approach that helps students feel safe, motivated, and capable.
Whether your goal is better organisation, improved study skills, exam preparation, or deeper understanding of Psychology, I provide personalised, neuroinclusive support that helps individuals make real and lasting progress.

My coaching and teaching approach is calm, structured, and neuroinclusive. I use evidence-based executive function strategies, breaking tasks into manageable steps and helping students develop routines, planning systems, and study habits that suit their individual neurotype. Sessions are highly personalised — I assess each student’s strengths, challenges, and goals, then tailor techniques such as scaffolding, modelling, visual supports, coaching questions, and reflective practice.
For Psychology tutoring, I combine clear explanations with active learning, exam-style practice, and coaching techniques that strengthen understanding, communication of knowledge, and exam performance.
Lesson structure can be adjusted to support the individual, but most sessions are 60 minutes in length.

Rebecca is an excellent SEND informed teacher, and guide, who is evidence based and patient.
I worked with Rebecca several years ago while running coding summer schools in Cambridge. She completely owned everything in her role and often went beyond her remit to ensure everyone (teachers, students, parents) had the best experience possible. A truly rare combination of efficiency and empathy!
Rebecca is a fantastic and knowledgable educator. Having worked across education in different settings and roles, she has a wide range of experience to draw upon when helping minds flourish. When I was completing research for my teaching degree, she kindly welcomed me into her classroom and allowed me to learn from her. Her passion and dedication to a person-centered approach, as well as a keen interest in understanding Neurodiversity and SEN, makes her stand out from the crowd.
