About Noor
Experienced coach and fighter with over 9 years of experience, from coaching amateur competitors to preparing main event professional fighters.
I am passionate about teaching and recognize that everyone is unique in the way that they learn, practice and master technique.
There is no “one size fits all” approach in my sessions, everyone picks up different techniques and exercises at their own pace and the minimum requirement for me is that you are willing to learn.

My sessions are tailored to each individual’s experience, abilities and goals, it doesn’t matter whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced athlete looking to sharpen your skills.
I offer training in Boxing, Kickboxing/Muay Thai, MMA, wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, with a focus on developing proper technique, fitness, confidence and practical skills.
With over 9 years of experience as both a fighter and coach, I’ve worked with beginners, amateur competitors and professional fighters.
My approach combines technique, drills, conditioning and I ensure every session is productive, challenging and enjoyable.
